You will be provided with a company car, including a fuel card, which may also be used for private purposes. Upon request, a more family-friendly, spacious vehicle can also be provided.

Getting started with us

If you choose to succeed with us, we will support you in the best possible way during your initial period with the company.

Onboarding
On your first day, you will receive your work equipment as well as your onboarding plan. In the following days, you will familiarise yourself with our organisation, systems, and processes, and get to know your team.

Mentoring
In the first few months, you will be gradually involved in client projects and actively work as part of the team. A personal mentor will support you throughout this time and assist you with any questions regarding processes and projects.

Positioning
By the end of your probation period, you will be fully integrated into your team and ongoing projects. In a discussion with your team leader, your professional profile and future goals will be defined. Regular feedback and development meetings will support your continued progress.
